Our standard has a rich smooth body presenting a characteristic almost pungent “sweet”
flavour in the cup.
Unblended arabicas from Indonesia
Java Blawan: Estate grown, exceptional heavy bodied arabica of unique character. Displays a spicy tang, with a rich and nutty texture. Blend with “mocha” for distinctive popular brew.
Sumatra Mandheling - Blue Batak Grade 1:
Natural dry processing helps develop an intense concentration of flavour producing
smooth rich coffee. Well developed, full bodied, delicately earthy
in character, leaving a beautifully clean soft palate.
Sulawesi Kalosi Toraja:
Highly regarded as a “substitute” for the Jamaica Blue Mountain coffee when it is
unavailable. Exceptionally well balanced, naturally low in acidity, with a sweet
distinctive flavour.
Unblended arabicas from New Guinea
New Guinea A grade plantation coffee:
Very well graded, evenly sized, high grown clean green beans, resulting in a well
rounded full bodied coffee with robust natural acidity. Excellent aroma.
