CosmoreX Coffee has been roasting and blending the finest quality coffee in the Canberra area for many years. The revolving drum batch roaster used by this family company is a vintage design imported from Germany.

Our skill and expertise is combined with the roasting machine’s ability to produce a consistent and traditional style, to develop distinctive quality and character within each bean for your drinking pleasure.

Blending is the art of melding together more than one origin coffee to enhance the best in each. This is because many coffee varieties on their own do not possess the complexities required to produce the most well balanced brews, especially for espresso.

Whether it be the smooth and mellow textures of the South America’s, the earthy characters of Indonesia, or the bountiful bouquet’s of the African continent, blended or unblended we supply fresh roast coffee to trade, office and retail customers alike, beans or ground, in almost any quantity.

“Club” Blend:
Developed to exhibit a sweet acid snap with medium body, complex rich overtones, and smooth finish. A rich coffee sensation for any occasion and any time of day.

“Blue” Blend:
Perfect for lovers of strong and full-bodied coffee. A big flavour with smooth finish and a long lasting aftertaste.

“Isabella” Blend:
Popular style suitable for medium strength filter coffee, or try it in the

espresso machine where a dose of sugar will add to the thick full bodied consistency.

“Mocha/Java” Blend:
Very popular style, strong and earthy, not for the faint hearted.

“Rio Gold” Blend:
An espresso style roast with brisk full-bodied flavour. Smooth and strong Italian style at it’s best.
